tod, sorry you had a bad experience. I've bought from them on occasion and have always had great transactions. I have never had to return anything to them, so I can't honestly say how they process returns.

It's the Mis Pony Large Zipper Tote...retails for something like $1900-$2000 which would make the sale price around $1200.

I have this bag and LOVE it....it is a show stopper!! Different look but definitely Chanel.

I do want to clear up a misconception. We do and MUST charge sales tax on anything purchased in our store. The only time tax is WAIVED is when it is shipped out of New York State..
.... This is because we do not have any other locations.
