I tried on a bag at Soho on Saturday, and wanted to think about it a bit before committing. I made sure it was in stock online. Ordered it online a few hours later and noticed the order confirmation said that due to high demand, the bag would ship in 21-70 days, though email confirmation says it will be delivered November 1st. I chatted with CS who said on Sunday the bag is preparing to ship, to check bag if I didn't receive a tracking number today. I called today and the CS agent said the bag is on backorder and when I asked if Soho still had it in stock, she said not only does Soho, but 5 other stores in the city (NYC). She couldn't answer why a bag in stock in 6 stores would be up to over 2 months delayed shipping to me. I'll go buy and buy it in person tomorrow and I suppose cancel the online order. Has anyone experienced this? Seems odd that a bag they could easily messenger over wouldn't ship for 2 months. Thank you!
