2011 Porsche Cayenne or 2011 Mercedes ML550?

oh really? I have also considered the new 535i but I am afraid I will be sorry getting into a car from an SUV..

2011 is the last model year for this style ML so I vote for the Cayenne since this is the first model year for this style, and also it looks more trendy and young.

If you get the Cayenne at least you will be driving the most recent style for the next 6 or 7 years. I don't know how you feel about driving the most recent models of cars, but for me it's quite important since I consider a car to be like an accessory.

I would go for the Mercedes! Never owned a Porshe but I have owned a MB for a few years and it ran like a dream. My parents and family are also really into MB and we have not had any troubles with any of our cars!

I've been driving a C180 sports coupe for 7 years now, had a wonderful experience so far and I'm planning to get an ML next year. I'd say Mercedes without hesitation...

Thanks everyone for your opinions, please keep them coming!! I have driven both and I slightly prefer the sporty ride of the Porsche. It drives more like my X5 now. Hubby keeps telling me the MB is more like driving a sofa
