2008 Paddies

Are the newer Paddies lighter than the older ones? The reason I ask is because I was at Selfridges a few days ago and was trying on a Black Paddy which did not seem heavy at all. When I asked the SA told me that they have made the lighter now. Is this true? Does anybody know? Or was the SA just trying to sell me the bag?

I am not a fan of the snap paddy either all though I would like a paddy. I think they have both though so it is not only the snap. I absolutly loved the two tone snake skin paddy on the Chloe website and I am not even a fan of snake skin normally.

I actually prefer the lucide locks. Not sure if they will make more paddys with that though. I am sure I have posted at some time that I wasnt sure about the lucide locks as well but now I love them.
