2008 fall City... no extra tassels?

Hi ladies, I'm very new here so please bear my silly question.

When I bought my back city last year from Neiman, the sales person told me there's no extra tassels because the B company made the tassels stronger and not supposed to split. But almost all of my tassels have split by now... Does any one like me? what can I do? Thanks in advance.

Try calling a Balenciaga boutique and ask them if they can sell you a pair. You can also mention you have the receipt from Neiman Marcus.. but not sure if that helps. They recently changed the rules about only selling tassles to customers who purchased the bags from their boutiques, but I think it also depends on the SA.
