2008 Coin Purse (porte-monnaie) leather tag ?

Hi all,
I just realized that the numbers on leather tag (of my Coral Red Coin Purse) does not match the style number on the paper card.
On the paper card: 130783 (which is consistent with the style number in the reference library)
On the leather tag: 186191 . 2184 (I think the first one known as the style number)

Is it possible a mistake from Balenciaga, because I got this from a reputable seller?

Are you talking about the reg. coin purse or the mini?
