Thank you!! I have to say, the SA was excellent. We went in to buy one bracelet, but she made it so fun and relaxed. She brought lots of options to try and really let us take our time. If she hadn’t been so great, we probably wouldn’t have gotten both. Does anyone know if there’s a way to commend great service?

Hmm for my long time SA’s, since I know them on a more personal level, I’ll buy them a small food gift or treat them out to coffee. At this point the managers know me and know how good my SA is, so the managers will know/notice.

If you’ve never met this SA before, perhaps a nice card about your experience to the manager? Or maybe writing the card for her but give it to the manager to give to her?

She'll very likely do a courtesy follow-up email, I find that's a good opportunity to thank an SA for their excellent service.

If you wanted to do something before that, send flowers, chocs or a bottle of something that she can share (or not) together with a sincere thank you note for a wonderful experience/appreciation of your splendid choices.

Last year I turned 40 during lockdown. So it was a bit of a fizzle. My wonderful husband took my shopping for a new bracelet and we ended up with two! One for last year and one for this birthday. ❤ The lovely SA who helped us even gave us some little bottles of champagne to help us celebrate.
