1977 Slip On Sneaker or Espadrille?

Hi Y’all! I’m deciding between these two, and unfortunately don’t live near a boutique to see them in person. I spend most of my time in ballet flats, but am looking for a shoe for days I do more walking. I never wear socks, so would one be more breathable/comfortable in the summer without socks versus the other? Thank you!

I would think the tennis would be better for walking with rubber sole but I much prefer the look of the espadrille. No way to really know about comfort until you get it and walk in it.

I love the look of an espadrille but they never work for me. Personally I would pick the sneaker but since you are ordering both, I'm interested in what your choice is!

I ended up ruling out the espadrille (they are so cute though), after doing a bit more research. I don’t want to have to worry about if they get wet or not, and it seems the jute will get ruined if it is. So I’m going to order the sneakers. They are hard to find in my size though. No one seems to have them in stock.

I'm interested to see how u like them! They are so cute! I was considering them myself after reading this!
