I have both. Honestly, speedy fits a lot and is cute but I purchased both the speedy and neverfull years ago and wouldn’t purchase neither these days-but if I had to choose, it would be the speedy. Just ask yourself if you want a shoulder bag (neverfull) or hand holding bag (speedy)...
