10C Patent Red versus 10A Patent Red?

I'd really love to know, but does anyone here know whether the patent classic red flaps last year is the same colour as the 2.55 red patent reissues this year? I know it's meant to be the same colour code but I can't help wondering whether the classic flaps last year are actually 'redder?'

Are you talking about the 10C lipstick bag red? If so, the colours are very different. When I was at Brompton Road, there is a patent bag in fire engine red - not sure what bag that was and didn't check the colour code. My SA there instantly realised that it's that kind of red that I wanted, not the 10A red. So she advised me not to go for the 10A red.

same color code i believe but the new red is darker both r gorgy, too bad i am not a big patent leather fan.
