Saw a few grey reissues with silver hardware at rue cambon today

hello ladies.. may I ask question about chanel reissue?
I just bought one chanel bag 2.55 reissue 227 in black calfskin SHW. serial number is starting with #13xxx
I'm just wondering if the inside and inside flap is black or red? mine is in black. and my friend said that for newer version of black calfskin reissue, they come with black color for the inside.
is it true?
