$100 bag challenge :)

Hello all!
So since I am the official "bag lady" in the office, my coworker has put forth a challenge for me to find her friend a bag around $100. I love doing this kind of thing, but I'm a bit lost on this one...the only bags I have paid around that for are pre-loved bargains, and she wants new :smile:
She is looking for:
LOTS of pockets
Small in size
Preferably leather (I would love to introduce her to indie designers like RMinkoff, Bulga, Botkier, HHarnett, etc but realize out of $$ range)
Long strap (would love convertible)
Black seems safest, but I think she would consider brown...
Any suggestions? TIA!:ty:

Rebecca Minkoff's Morning after clutch sounds like the perfect bag for your friend. But I am not sure you could find one for $100, unused. Most preloved ones I have seen are like new. Check bonanzle, ecrater and ebay. Good Luck!

Maybe something like this? I'm not sure really.. It's faux leather and not convertible. It doesn't have many outside pockets, too. :sad:

This is fairly small, and again, has not so many pockets... but it can be converted into a clutch for evening. So it's technically a bag that she can wear to the office and then switch up for an evening out. :smile:

This one is a bit bigger than the other two, can be worn on the shoulder with a long strap, on the shoulder with a short strap, and crossbody. It's leather and has many interior pockets. (:

This is also convertible from a satchel to a shoulder bag, fits the budget perfectly! It is faux leather though. :sad: Has loads of pockets inside though. :smile:

This bag immediately popped into my head when I read the requirements...it's $178, so a little over, but totally worth it. It's made by Tano and has super soft leather. I bought this bag to use while shopping. It's LOADED with pockets...seriously, it's one of my smallest bags but it has more pockets than any others. The front flap has a pocket underneath, then there are 2 magnetic pockets and a zippered main compartment. Inside that is a zippered pocket and an open one. Plus, you can shorten the strap or take the middle section completely off and use it as a shoulder bag instead of a messenger. It's absolutely wonderful, and looks even better in person.

$330 for new. It has 2 interior cellphone/pda pockets, one zipped interior pocket, and an exterior pocket behind the flap. There are a bunch on Bonanzle for under $300 (around $200 mark).

If you have it in your area, I would check the Coach outlets too. I'm sure they have plenty of bags for around that range as well.
