Hello, I want to write a review about Marble Plastic Surgery because when I chose Marble for my surgeries, I didn't come across any negative reviews, or perhaps I missed them. I am one month post-op. I underwent rhinoplasty with Dr. Kim, which included bulbous nose reduction, alar reduction, a silicon implant for the bridge, donated rib and ear septum for the tip. Additionally, I had breast lifting and Motiva implants with Dr. Seo. I will outline some red flags I observed with Marble Plastic Surgery.
First, I booked rhinoplasty at Marble after seeing their reviews on Gangnam Unni, which appeared positive. However, all the photos were taken from the side or front, and I couldn't find any taken from below, which should have raised a red flag.
Second, I have flare nostrils and a short nose, which I realized was my fault. Many reviews at the clinic did not have the same issue as me (flare nose); most of them focused on raising the nose with an implant. I suggest that when looking for plastic surgery, consider cases that closely match your nose shape or face shape.
Third, during my consultation with Marble, they couldn't show me how many patients they had treated. They only showed me a few patients, and only one looked good. This should have been another red flag. Most plastic surgery clinics have morph computers to simulate your appearance after surgery, but Marble doesn’t have this I guess.
Fourth, Dr. Seo's consultation was thorough, but it doesn't necessarily mean he did a good job. I wanted a maximum C cup with maximum lift. Dr Seo gave me D cup and my breast did not lift as expected. Other doctors had recommended a T incision, while Dr. Seo suggested a vertical incision, which resulted in unsatisfactory results.
Fifth, Dr. Seo did not consult with me about the breast size before the surgery, and I ended up with a larger size than desired. Additionally, I had a wound infection after two weeks, which Dr. Seo dismissed as not infected, and I was sent home without antibiotics. I later had to seek treatment in my home country, where they suspected issues with the stitches.
Lastly, I want to highlight issues with Dr. Kim. His consultations were rushed, and he didn't provide detailed information about the procedures. This is crucial, especially for cases like mine with flare nostrils. Dr. Kim claimed to have cut 2 mm from both my alar which is too much for short nose like me. Resulting in an unnatural look and breathing issues. He never discussed the extent of the alar reduction during the consultation.
In summary, please consider your options carefully and conduct thorough research before choosing Marble Plastic Surgery. My experience has left me hiding at home, and sometimes I feel like I want to die. I told God I'm ready to go because Dr. Kim took away my life.
