04 rivet quick question please!

Hi sorry to ask this question in the wrong thread!
Could someone please help me? Is it at all possible that an 04 bag has a rivet with a 'notch' running all the way across it sort of like a screw head ?

Can you post a picture? We've seen 4 notches on a single rivet before so maybe this is another oversight in production quality control?
