I guess the fact that it is more structured, has more hardware and leather and probably not as easy to produce as the beauburg is factored in as to why the price is higher. In general, men's messenger bags from Louis, apart from the naviglio, are usually around the 1100+ mark.

Absolutely agree, it's more structured and is much bigger than a Beaubourg.
I love the look of this bag, unfortunately it is too big for me.
I'm 5'6", it looked huge when I hold it.

Too bad men do not have much to choose from under $1100 when it comes to LV bags.
