The regular leather ergo pleated frame satchel is not available on the website anymore. The metallic and signature are, but not the regular leather. Anyone notice this? I wonder if it's because everyone snatched it up for the PCE....that's what I got, in burnt orange! It was available on the website, but when I contacted JAX they said it wasn't accurate, but was available in 3 stores in AZ. So, I think they were limited in the satchel. Whatcha think?

Does this mean I can't get the brown one with my pce? I can't go to dfw for my bag until this Sat. I don't even know if it is worth driving 120 miles for nothing. :crybaby:Plus coach won't let me use the pce for a brown leather zoe. :tdown:

My burnt orange satchel is my all time favorite bag!!! I just switched back into it after carrying other bags for a while...and OMG! It's the perfect bag!! :love:

I would call the store and plead with them that it is a bag you've been dying for. Ask them if you can please use the PCE card. I did that and she asked her manager. I told her that it was my HG bag and she said "Holy Grail, got it!" So, when she got back she said her manager said yes. I just explained that it was sold out everywhere and that I really really really wanted it. They took the UPC code on the PCE invite and applied the discount. I think they are hesitant because ppl might not have been invited, but being I had the code they knew I was for real. Plus I said I would mail it to them. They said I didn't need to because of the UPC, but I wanted to stress that I really received one, which I did.

Good luck! Let me know how it goes. I know the Scottsdale store honored the phone order with the PCE discount for me :smile: It's worth a try. Plus they gave me free shipping. It was $367 total with tax :yahoo: I guess what I am saying is that you don't have to call a local store. Try calling one that's far away and being that you obviously can't get all the way there and they know that most are sold out, they'll probably say ok.

I saw the Burnt Orange today in-store. Wow that is a beautiful bag, I was surprised how much I loooooooooooove that color. Is is not what I thought it would be I was so pleasantly surprised.

I have never seen it IRL. Just from pictures on here and on the coach website. It looks gorgeous and I couldn't resist any longer. I've wanted the pleated satchel since it came out and finally saved enough to get it :smile:

Oh wow, now I'm really glad I got my Rose one Sunday.

I saw the burnt orange one at my boutique and the color is gorgeous. I'm sure you'll be really happy with it!

thats one thing about the website that annoys me.

sometimes they'd say they have things that are available but i know they don't because checking the computer the inventory says 0 so what i think they're doing is passing the order off to stores that do have it..to fulfill the order

the burnt orange was gone for the longest time and they restocked a very small amount three weeks ago but as far as i know with the new laced (bow) ergo pleated satchels coming out later.. they are not going to order anymore of the regular leather and just let it sell out..

That sounds like what the SA in AZ told me. I had gotten something from that store a year and a half ago, so I asked her this time why I am always told by JAX that they have the item I am looking for. She said they are a Flagstaff store and compete with Las Vegas, so they always get extra shipments of high demand items. A year and a half ago it was the Legacy Shoulder in whiskey that I got from them.

I wish I had a tracking number for my pleated frame ergo! They just gave me a transaction number. Anyone know if they would have the shipping info?:shrugs:
