To be honest, she's in a public place. I understand celebrities getting upset about paparazzi stalking them in their back gardens or so.
Sienna Miller can't be too upset about these things anyway: she became famous because of tabloids anyway!
Also can't really be sure this wasn't a publicity stunt: it's not like she's on the covers a lot these days.
