help! I received the wrong color..

So I won this on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...9533&_trksid=p3907.m32&_trkparms=tab=Watching) and it just came in today....In the brown :sad: I immediately went back to the post office and mailed it back to the seller...I emailed him as well asking for a full refund if he doesn't have the RED because that is what was stated in the auction. I shouldn't have a problem getting the refund right?

-I really want this one (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...4849&_trksid=p3907.m32&_trkparms=tab=Watching) and hopefully I hear from the seller soon regarding the refund.....*sigh*

You shouldn't have any problem since that is what the auction states, but I would have waited to talk to the seller first to make sure they know you are sending it back, etc so they dont' refuse it or anything. :yes:

Yep, because you did not file a complaint with paypal. You have to go through the correct procedures in order to be protected. You first open a dispute with paypal as item not as described, in the end they ask you to ship it back with proof of delivery/signature confirmation. You can't ship back first and then dispute. Luckily, most sellers are honest and not out to get you.

Yes, you should always email the seller and wait to hear back from them first.. then if there are problems you can escalate through paypal, and if not you have their word they will accept it back. I really hope it works out for you, but in the future you should always wait to talk to the seller before doing anything!

first auction looks brown to me not burgundy, vGood luck with the refund, did you start a claim with paypal?
second one looks more burgundy...
