Faulty Tahitienne............Pics

Last week I convinced my friend to get the new Tahitienne PM in Pink. After calling my SA (in a different country) they shipped it out. Well it juist arrived, my friend came to my office and open it.

But, one of the gold buckles has been put on upside down!!! So when you put the handle on the bit that goes thru the hole sits on the wrong end and you can see the groove where it is meant to sit. See pic!!

I am of the opinion that we pay so much for these bags they should be perfect!!! She is so dissapointed!!! Should we send it back, they only had 2 in stock, hopefully the other one is still available!!!

So, what should we do???

Take it back asap...call them and arrange for another one to be held for you.

I think that's a really easy fix...if you unbuckle it then it should just fall down and then you can rebuckle it...kwim?

Definitely send it back. You've paid a lot for it. In a way, it's good to send it back so that LV knows about their slip in quality control.

The part thru the middle only sits one way and the groove is visible. The buckle is designed one way only and its the wrong way.
