The first one reminds me of a Kooba bag.
Could the second be a Lambertson Truex?
I think you are right about the last one being a MJ bag.

The first one looks like a Roger Vivier Roadster bag.
The bag was seen on Katie Holmes too.

The second definitely looks like something from Hermes because of the clippy things on the end of the strap

Actually the 3rd one if MJ, but it's the Patchwork Patent Pochette...it's smaller than the Amanda. It retails for $1095
