Should I exchange?

I purchased this bag in black during PCE:

I also purchased the Chelsea wristlet in black during the last PCE. I think that they might be too similar to keep both.

I just saw this bag on the Coach website and I love it:

There's no way that I can afford to keep both. I can barely afford to keep one (law school has really drained my wallet). What would you do?

I'm in love w/ the chelsea line, b/c I LOVE the little nickel turnlock on the top of the bag!!!! My vote goes to keeping the chelsea! Good luck w/ your decision!!!!
