Opinions Needed: Antik Denim Boots

I LOVE THEM! Please give me details, where did you find them and how much. They remind me of the Dolce & Gabbana boots from last fall....so dreamy.
The brown one are being sold at shoes.com for 400-something and the black one for 200-something. HOWEVER, they are also being sold at Loehmann's for $150 minus the 20% bonus point.
