What "Not RM" bag are you using today?

Sigh. My first time ordering from the coach outlet has me at a loss for words… the bag was shipped in a paper envelope, that was torn and partially opened during delivery. It started out with UPS, then got transferred to USPS. So uSPS puts the torn open envelop in a clear bag, not sealed. ok let’s see what the bag looks like. There’s all kind of shredded paper and debris from the torn envelope… ok the bag is leather I’ll just brush it off. So the bag has foam protection all over in the right places, good right. Bag is stuffed and all foam protection is there. crossbody strap is in foam, rolled up in inside the bag, and is attached to the side of the bag by the little plastic thingy you have to cut. Ok great, let’s get all the foam off. My this is sooooo cute…
unroll the strap, cut the plastic thingy and look it over… there’s a split in the underside of the leather crossbody strap… what the blankety blank?! This can’t be right. It’s on the underside of the strap that rubs the body so I know it will get frayed and worse… I really wanted this cute little bag but I can’t justify keeping this with the split looking like this… thank God I got my moms coach from the boutique and NOT the outlet…
I should have made a video and posted it on you tube for the world to see how my package arrived from the Coach outlet… I will NOT be ordering from coach outlet again…

I have to apologize. I have NEVER received a new bag in an envelope before. Seeing the envelope all torn and dropping debris everywhere, sigh… I love the little coach Kay crossbody. I think I will stick with vintage coach tho. There was really nothing else besides the chaise crossbody I got my mom, not an outlet bag, that caught my eye. My eye has been looking at Polene tho…. Again please forgive me. I wish I could delete the post, not the pictures.
Oh, no! That’s awful. And the bag is so cute. Don’t apologize. I think we can all relate.

i think I found my unicorn Bag. It’s discontinued but guess what? It’s a convertible backpack and it’s NOT a mini….
I’ve found it in quilted white. I don’t have any white bags. I’ve found it in navy, but it has logos on it. Navy kinda camouflaged the logo abit. And I’ve found it in black. The black has scratches, see pic…. So which will it be?

I do love variety! Nope, they wouldn't all fit in one picture. 
I've been using this bag a lot, it's so comfortable, phone fits in the front pocket, side pockets are great, softest leather ever!
Pulled this rare coach retro dinky tote out of storage for some playtime. Baby wipe freshened her right up…
Got this awesome coach strap NWT $60 to go on my RM Jett boxy crossbody. The original strap is soooooooo thin it digs. I was looking for a RM strap but nothing for purchase looked as good as this. The regular black leather strap was ok but the rings mirror the rings on the bag. I might still get the first plain black strap $30 as well. It mirrors the sides of the bag… got it too,shipped from china will be here at the end of the month. The RM strap meh…
