I'm thinking about getting one to... Probably a small, cause I think that's big enough to fit our essentials in it (phone, wallet, lipstick, mirror, gum,...)
But the colour... ohhh the colour. I want a timeless colour, which is black but that flashy pink is also

Yes they sent it for repair two months ago. But it is just having the same issue. Repair did not seem to work. I’m going to take it in again.
Do you think that looks like a defect or normal wear and tear for a bag just over a year old? I’ve taken good care of it, haven’t over stuffed it or worn it too much ♀️
That's not normal wear and tear IMO. I'd ask for a replacement.
