Korean style mini v-line surgery in North America?

I really wouldn’t get face contour in North America if I were you. Korean doctors are specialized in this procedure in particular, there is a good reason why people usually come here to do it

Find an oral maxillofacial surgeon who ideally is also board certified plastic surgeon or also has experience in facial plastics. A mini vline is mostly a genioplasty which is commonly performed with serious jaw surgery so an omfs is best positioned to perform it. I did notice t osteo is not popular but it has its safety pros and cons.

Could you please elaborate about the safety pros and cons of t-osteotomy?

Checking RealSelf, Dr. Eppley might be a good surgeon for genioplasty.
Simply the more cuts you make the less stable something becomes.

Eppley has a lot of fame/reputation but he's also known to be eccentric and not conservative with his procedures. Some patients outcomes are very weird. I would avoid.

That makes sense, thank you.

As for Dr. Eppley, upon further research I totally agree. His name is often mentioned in the context of chin surgeries, but does all kinds of procedures (even things as unconventional as rib removal). I would prefer to go with a surgeon specializing the maxillofacial/face work, not someone who does a bit of everything as they will have less experience with each individual procedure than a dedicated specialist.
