Noticed a wash version of the Reaction en Chaines Chemise Scarf 90

I told myself I was done with spring after Ex Libris and Zambeze ...but NO!

I have wanted a marble silk scarf since they first came out (but only the flowers). So when this showed up online, I didn't hesitate. It was delayed due to the bad weather for a week, but this lovely sunny day that finally got over freezing, this showed up on my porch! (Now I put it aside in the magic MrBcat SGV until another day....but will dream of rainbow flowers tonight!)

Advice request. I am awaiting delivery on Faubourg Tropical, Dallets Cheetah 140 same as Redbird Hermes, and ex libris Atlantis in the orange/blue c/w. My question is do you think I should keep or return Space Derby. The colours are different from other scarves I already have, but I'm not sure if this one suits me. Just received CW 02 Jubatus. Love the pale pink tone, and the hint of blue is amazing. This is going to be my favorite from SS21. Only issue: it is obviously thinner than the 90 cm kachinas wash scarf I bought last year. Anybody else notice this on your wash scarf?

I think we are theorizing that this is washed plume silk (aka summer silk / the thinner one) instead of washed regular twill silk.


I think the US website just describes this as washed silk, but there was one other country's website that had washed plume in its description...forgot which one though...

Looks like this is the new "chemise" (shirt) silk that we heard about, also coming for Pegase and Circuit 24 I think.

"Similar to a blouse, this silk scarf with fine pastel stripes is soft to touch and perfect for summer."

Would be interested to see what it feels like!

The information was shared by others in the thread! I’m just very addicted to tPF and reads it all and remembered

You can see a blue Pegase from the press photos here (thanks @Angelia !)


In fact it also had this Circuit 24 which has shown up in press events.


We have seen now the not chemise versions of both online at H.com & We had posted in this thread their CWs, this blue one was not one of them. I currently suspect they will all have a blue and a red CW for the chemise version (someone shared that Circuit chemise has a blue and a red CW, and that’s the same as the Reaction en Chaines)!
