I cut the straps because the vachetta strap really looks ugly un my opinion lol my husbad agreed too! Best decision

i cut it off and use the chain from my egg bag thing is i really like everything about the nano speedy except for the strap its not proportional to the size of the bag...... originally i bought a MINI HL but those are not proportional handbag to handles so my chain from the egg is the perfect solution.

i also have an issue with new pochette accesoires they look like fake ones looked back in 2000/2005 super large think long strap just bad...................

I ended up cutting mine. I have the 16 mm LV Monogram strap and an adjustable vachetta strap from organize my bag that I am planning to use with it. So much better.

Just found this thread! I debated for a long time whether or not to cut the strap off. I finally removed it the other day. It was very liberating lol.

I bought someone's Neo Nano strap on eBay, added some hooks (non-LV) and my daughter now uses it with my Partition that I've pretty much given to her. I think a lot of people have done it.

I unstitched mine off and LOVE it! I have several different straps I can use. Best decision but it's hard to pull that first thread.

I wouldn't cut it myself but it's your bag so do what makes you happy.

Looks good on you! I just prefer the strap longer that’s why I cut it.

Hello there! It does not take much space if you spread it around the bottom of the bag. Keep in mind you cannot close the zipper.
