Ok here we go, F/W 2003 blue city and S/S 2004 mystery green first!
Both have pewter hw.

Welcome to TPF! This isn't a 2004 bag, Bal did a repeat on the letters of the alphabet for the seasons on their tags and violet prune is from 2016.

I use apple leather conditioner or leather CPR. Both work very well!

Hi friends! I know the early bags like 2003 have some discrepancies when we try to authenticate them. Has anyone encountered different lining in the main body of the bag then in the front pocket? I just got what would be a 2003 city that checks off all the boxes but it has a front pocket lined in a silkier material. Thnx!

I remember a bag like that at least once, but don't know if it was an original anomaly or a repair to the lining.

Yay, I'm in! Bought this beauty authenticated by the lovely ksuromax on the AT thread. Not sure of the year, I believe 2002. All I know for sure is that I'm so (insert expletive here) happy. It is the softest, lightest, leather I've ever come across, an absolute beauty.
