About 12 years ago when H launched their Chinese zodiac pochettes, I purchased the first one being the year of the rat. I was determined to have a complete set so each year thereafter, my SA reserved them for me as soon as they came in. Sadly after 6 years of collecting them, H stopped producing the pochettes after the year of the Snake so I only managed to have half of the Chinese zodiac animals. I was so disappointed with having an incomplete collection that I just put them away. I finally took them out again and now I am trying to figure out what to do with them. I am still sad about H not completing the entire Chinese zodiac, but I figured that I should enjoy what I have. Initially I thought about framing the entire set once I complete the collection so I started buying some in multiple color ways. Now I’m not so sure about framing them as it may just look incomplete. I am also not much of a scarf person and I keep my bags pretty bare without any adornments. In fact, the first thing I do with new bags is take out the locks and clochettes. Would love to hear some ideas and suggestions to find ways to make use of these pochettes.
