So, I accidentally sold a nice little Longchamp camera bag. I never used it, listed it on eBay, then when I was taking pictures of it, kind of fell in love with it, and then it sold before I could remove it. Doh!

I need a nice camera bag (Love the Gucci Disco Soho, but with it didn't have the big Gs and it's out of my price range, but that's a perfect size). I'm looking for ideas. I will be buying preloved. What camera bag do you love?

The Gucci Soho Disco is my only camera bag, and I love it. At one point, I was looking at alternatives because I didn't really want to spend full price on it (ended up find one pre-loved for an AMAZING price though), and the following were recommended to me:

- Kelly Tooke Jess Box (https://www.kellytooke.com/shop-women-crossbody-bags?Collection=JESS BOX)
- Leatherology (https://www.leatherology.com/womens-leather-crossbody-bags/#page=1)
- Gigi New York Madison (https://www.giginewyork.com/Navy-Madison-Crossbody-Pebble-Grain-p/mad-tim-nvy.htm - also comed in a bunch of options like embossed python and leopard)
- Cyuana (https://www.cuyana.com/camera-bag.html#stone)
- Lancaster Paris (https://us.lancaster.com/women-1/bags/crossbody-bags.html?)

I have a Prada Diagramme that I use a lot! Similar to Gucci Marmont but the chain is shorter.
Super cute, but chain straps tangle my hair. I avoid those as much as possible.

I think Chanel does camera bags best!
Haha, well if the Soho Disco is out of my budget, the Chanel certainly is! That said, I actually have a very old Chanel camera bag and I agree, the shape and size are perfect.

The thing about my Chanel is:
1) it is white and I realized that doesn't really work for me,
2) the double straps are shorter than what I like, I like crossbody, and
3) is in need of repair. I know there's a respected fellow in LA who will make it beautiful for only $200. I can't remember his name off the top of my head, but tPF members seem to love him. I'll probably do that and then sell it.

Now, if he could repair it, change the strap, and recolor it, it would be perfect.

These are some great options! You've given me a lot to chew on, thanks! --Also, where did you get this great Soho Disco deal, and may I ask what the price was?

Hey MidlifeFashionPrincess--look at you!! You finally figured out how to do multiple quotes! It's easy, what were you so afraid of?!

I got mine off of Ebay, and I'm usually weary of Ebay for premium designer goods, but I had it double-authenticated so I feel confident it's authentic. I don't remember the exact price, but I paid around $430, I believe. I got such a great deal, in part, because the inside lining had two tears. It was OK with me though because they were along the seam, and I was able to easily sew it up. It's not a professional sewing or repair job, but it works for me and was worth it for such a good deal.
