Hello everyone!

i just got my Loulou Camera bag, and I love the style and everything.
But I wore it now about 3-4 times and it’s only like 3 months old.
So I looked closely on it today and I noticed this on the strapholders.

looks like it’s cracking?
Anyone got the same problem?
And what should I do?

Hi! Too sad that I have also experienced similar problem on my newly bought YSL LOULOU. I have only wore it thrice and already noticed crackings on the glazings. Wow. So disappointing. Had I not seen this thread I would have never checked mine. I've been carrying my Lou Camera bag nearly non stop since March. There is definitely some wear here. Fortunately my Lou Lou is ok but I barely use it. loucam!.jpg

That’s so shocking for a bag with this price tag! I mean normal wear ant tear after years of use is ok but I used mine like 3 times ? This will be sadly my first and last YSL bag :sad:

I believe these bags have a 3 year warranty. So I guess the thing to do is contact Saint Laurent regarding a repair. I have no experience with their service so I'll have to see how it works.

My bag is fairly new. Bought it last October and only been using it since the pandemic to run errands. It was my go to bag. I never even noticed. I was just thinking how nice it was holding up. Not.
