Reasonable questions to ask. I was just asking because I have one, I didn't know if you had questions about the size, etc.I want to know if she’s the original owner of the bag.
I’ve purchased a handful of bags from PM, all smelled/came with an odor. And/or was owned by more than one person. I prefer bags that were not pre owned by many people. Original owner bags preferred. I know, I’m a snob.
I emailed them nicely complaining about their lack of photos. Haven't received a reply yet.
