QUESTION: CHANEL WOC FELT PROTECTOR

Hi, just wondering if any of you who recently purchases WOCs received a felt protector in addition to the dustbag? New to Chanel, but saw some Youtube vids of people unboxing with the felt protector.

I think the WOC now come with a pcs of paper / cardboard white colour in between the flap , magnetic area .

I received a felt protector. TBH, these would be very easy to make if yours did not come with one.

Mine came on Friday and did not have a felt cover.

just cardboard and paper inside

Mine did. It would be easy to make one if you just bought some felt and cut a hole the size of the button.

Hello, I purchased a WOC a couple of days ago and it came without the felt protector or any cardboard between the flap. However, at the boutique all WOCs appear to be stored with the felt protector and then it’s taken out, so it seems. I queried CHANEL client relations online and I was told to go into the boutique, where the bag was specifically purchased, to speak with the management. It seems like too much hassle for something so small, so I think I will just make one myself even though it would be nice if it came with the protector. I hope this helps anyone who is wondering in 2023.

Whether you receive the felt usually depends on your SA, but if you tell them you want the felt and everything else when making the purchase they’ll package it that way.
