Caviar class flap chain stiff

Dear all , I just got a classic flap in caviar and I realise that the chain is quite stiff , is that normal ?
Cos the others class flap I own are all lambskin , they are very soft and flexible on the chain .

Also is the joining of the chain normal ?

I had a caviar which i exchanged for lambskin and the caviar straps were way stiffer!
Also that linking is normal.

Lambskin chain strap is so smooth ya . Thanks for your reply . Guess that’s normal then . Thanks
