Hello! I ordered the new Empreinte Boîte Chapeau the first day it was available online. My order still just says submitted. Did anyone else order this bag that's actually received it or had the order actually process? I called customer service and the girl I spoke with had no idea why my order was just sitting there. Really want this bag so I hope my order doesn't get canceled.
