I just received both the cardigan and pullover. They both look nice on. Twelve year old son said the pullover looked the best and I agree. I am conflicted because they feel and look nice on, but if I walked past it in the store I wouldn’t have given it a second look based on the material and how it looks. The pilling and black lint shedding looks inevitable. My issue is also precipitated based on how the stores shipped them all wrinkly. I am only planning to keep 1, if any. Insanity. I'm waiting for more than half my order from the 16th to even ship and others are receiving multiples of the same order. The items I ordered were in stock until the end of the weekend, now they are not so I expect they will be canceled. Icon status is pointless.

I did receive the Pendleton Hyde Park Riding coat because it was direct ship from Pendleton. It is beautiful, even my husband commented how flattering it is.

Here I was semi-complaining about Nordstrom direct shipping from vendors and it turns out that is a better solution than ordering from Nordstrom where a week later, my order languishes.

I loved the bootie in herb as well. I returned the black and kept that one.

I stopped by the store on Sunday, and it was incredibly busy. I picked up a couple alterations, chatted with my new SA, and stopped by the YSL counter.

I really like the nudes and the matte lipstick works with the Volupte Shine. I've always liked YSL's Volupte Shine but matte? Not so much. Together, they work.
I could barely find a parking spot, and the store still had some good items out. Some returns coming in, definitely a lot of pick up at the store, and lots of buyers.

Your month is considered paid in full if the credits earned by the due date equal the statement balance. So basically you just need a credit in the amount of the balance and it doesn’t matter what new charges you have, as those will be part of the next month’s balance (and will be taken care of by your returns once they arrive). I have done this several months in a row to achieve “0%.”

“Sparkling grapefruit” makes me very nervous but I’m very jealous of those less smell sensitive because i love pretty candles!

The Woodwick Fraser Fir is my most favorite candle. I burn it mid-November to mid-January!

Hold the items hostage and tell Nordstrom you're not giving them back unless they bend to your demands.

@vt2159 I don't know anything about those two straighteners and I don't really straighten my hair anymore but I have a GHD straightener from over 15 years ago and it still works great.

I bought the GHD at the sale. I've gone through quite a few T3s and GHDs over the years. I just think the GHD works the best. I wanted this as an upgrade with the swivel handle and the more compact size. (Not that you asked, but I prefer the T3 blow dryers though).

Is anyone with the Pendleton Port Madison jacket able to upload a photo with it? I'm curious how it looks (other than the model shots on Nordstrom). Also, is there any insulation in this jacket to keep you warm or is it pretty thin? I have a Mountain Hardwear raincoat from REI that's great for the rain but has zero insulation otherwise. I'm trying to figure out if getting the Pendleton coat would be redundant.

I'm in Jacksonville, Florida for a few days and brought a boxful of returns to be processed. It's been a year since I moved away from Dallas and have been in a store and WOW. I was surprised at how sparsely the store was stocked. Large open spaces between racks, just weird. This is a new store (it was being built when I moved away five years ago), so it is beautifully decorated and lighted - just doesn't really have much clothes. I looked through the pitiful anniversary sale offerings but nothing caught my attention as I feel I have seen every single thing online. I did see one Caslon Bishop Sleeve Sweater in Navy Medium. I've been stalking a small for a week, managed to snag a black in pop backs that I just got shipping notification on.

I also purchased my lingerie wash that was cancelled a week ago. It was all over the place as I knew it would be.

Okay so my frame jeans arrived and I’m torn. They are so comfy and a great classic color and I love the flare in theory but they are soooooooooooo long and one of the reviewers brought up the good point that if you cut off a lot, then they aren’t that flared anymore. I tucked them under to estimate the right length and they look a bit more like a bootcut (circa 1995) than a 70s flare. Hmmmmmmmm.....

They look ridiculously long on the model. They’re nice but I feel you can find similar styles by other brands.
