Any recommendations for designer denim for curvier ladies ?

I did a try-on last week and the tldr/watch of it is that I really liked Good American, Paige, and Wit & Wisdom. The crotch for Good American was kind of long but maybe because they were so high-waisted. And they looked great on. I also tried Paige and I was surprised how great they were at the waist since they were mid-rise. No muffin top at all nor was there a gap at the back. They were so soft and amazing quality. The Wit & Wisdom (probably a bit below designer price technically) were probably the best bang for your buck. Great fit and quality even though they weren’t as soft and comfy as the Paige denim.

I know what you mean about bloggers and Youtubers. It’s especially a turn off when I see them with stacks and racks of clothing, and they make it methodical and impersonal, basically like a catalog...showing fit, shape, price, color etc. for dozens of similar items of clothing, sometimes they have so much stuff they go through categories, like “best of long cardigans” “short booties” etc. First of all, you’re no authority on “best of.” Second, we all know you didn’t spend your own money on any of this.

I do like when lesser known youtubers show what they spent their own money on, why they in particular wanted something, why it was special, how they are going to use it, etc.

I love finding a new YouTube channel and it seems to happen every NAS. I think a lot of blogger have less access than they have in past years. The big ones are being sent stuff and given a lot of detail, but from what group chats seem to indicate, midsize bloggers have a list and they have to search for everything kind of like how we’ve done in this forum, and then the smallest bloggers have almost no info if any at all.

I’m definitely in agreement that I love to see what people with a realistic budget buy and keep. I’m basically going all in on staples and candles for Christmas gifts. But if I stay on here who knows what I’ll end up with!

Ladies (@AshJs3 and @caiti569 ) I just want to chime in and say this was me last year too (7 months preg) and I had those great intentions to not buy anything but it was hard to resist - some things worked out great and yeah...some that didn't (hi tight black dress lol!). But I had a very fun time doing a post-partum fashion show for my baby boy when I was ready to try them on. He was obviously enthralled

Went in and unfortunately my store didn’t seem to have many jeans - I saw like one pair of Frame or something. Definitely would do more shopping when the online starts for those.

Heard from my SA that the Veronica beard blazer is as popular as every year and indeed they were out of some sizes. I ended up only picking up some diptyque candles, the ghd flat iron, and a Vince cardigan (which they don’t have in the size I want - xxsmall - and will ship to me).

Wanted to add in another vote for Paige. They don’t get as much hype as AG or Frame, but Paige Spectacular. Definitely give Paige a try if you haven’t recently, you won’t be disappointed. Mother is another denim brand I swear by.
