Key pouch question...

So I've just been lucky enough to purchase a beautiful Key pouch in DE today. (reveal at some point, although we all know what they look like) And I'm having trouble getting the key ring bit to open up to get my keys on there. I don't want to risk forcing it in the wrong direction, and was wondering if anyone could post a pic of that bit opened up so I can see which way it should go, hope that makes sense! xx

There’s a trick - maybe check YT if this doesn’t help. Slide the side with the hinge straight up towards the top of the loop and it will open sideways.

Omg same here. When I got mine I was literally like "why the f*ck does this not open up" and then I googled it and found a YT video for it haha

I had the exact same problem today, except I was stupid and fiddled with it until I figured it out. I could have broken it now that I think about it haha.

I was worried I would break it. I just assumed it would open the same way as the hook clasps do on the bag straps. And when it didn't I was flummoxed!
