I need help please! Is one of them is not authentic?

Hi,

Can you please help me? I purchased these 2 a day apart. One from holt renfrew and one from sarks. How come they look so different? Does one of them look fake to you guys? Or they are just different because they are from different stores? Also each of them comes with different code states in the boxes. I’m so confused. Thanks!

I noted on the box that one is grained leather and the other one is different leather which is probably why the Waller’s have different look even if it’s the same style
