Speedy bandouliere 25 2018 lock?

Where are you trying to put the lock? It goes on a little ring between the zipper head and the zipper pull. If this is what you are trying to do, I would check with the store :smile:

The hook on lock is too thick to fit there. Because the bag was unavailable online I purchased off of eBay. Seller is very reputable but taking to LV store today. Thanks!

94850D4A-465E-46B5-BB07-9C9B08F9D9C4.jpeg I took a similar picture for you to give you an idea of the proportions. They seem to be the same size. The lock number is different but that’s OK. Are you sure you are trying to put the lock in the right hoop?
