Personalise LV Neverfull

Hi,
I own the LV never full Damier in brown colour, does anyone know if I can personalise it at LV store, is it free or is there something I have to pay? And do they still do the personalising? Im liking at something on the lines of how Goyard personalises their bags,

What kind of personalizing are you interested in? Stores can hot stamp your initials on the bag (leather parts) as a complimentary service. If you are interested in color stripes and large color initials, the bag must be special ordered like that through Louis Vuitton (check out Mon Monogram and Mon Damier Graphite).

Third party artists offer customization as well.
