Will Chanel Repair this?

Today I won an Auction for a chanel duffle bag, after i used my ebay bucks i got it for a steal for $150! It looks like it's in great condition only problem is its missing one handle (pics below.)

Would I be able to take it into chanel to get a handle fixed? I contacted lovingmybags and told me she could fix it but it wouldn't be chanel handles.

She told me to contact chanel to see.

I'm located in SF at the moment if it makes a difference.

I don't know if Chanel will work on it as they change the policy on spa and repairing bags. I recommend you Send it the leather surgeons as they do excellent work. You can take some pics and submit a email to get a quote.
