So I bought a high end bag from Sak 5th (out of state) back in December 21, 2016. Flash forward February 19, 2017, having not used the bag, I called my local Saks to see if I could return the bag, they said it's past the 30 day return period but told me to bring in the bag in anyways to see what they could do. They granted the return with manager's approval. I read on the website description it's returnable after 30 days based on current selling price.
Full-priced merchandise, with the exception of furs, watches and jewelry, presented after 30 days will be credited based on the current selling price.
Today, the SA that I originally purchased the bag from contacted me they're sending the bag back since it was past the 30 days period... But I returned the bag back in February (got full credit refund) and now it's April...So what's going on? Can they really send back the bag?
