Can these badly worn Chanel shoes be repaired?

I bought used Chanel shoes on eBay. I am disappointed in the poor condition they arrived. Seller claimed to have worn them 3 times but they are very damaged.

Can these be spared?

Perhaps a resole and some polishing? We're the photos much different than the ones posted in eBay? They could have purchased their shoes used and wore 3 times...
Or they could have worn them hours each time around places that had cobblestones (like in Boston). Cobblestones are horrible on high heels. If they posted photos that don't match real life, then you can claim 'not as described' and should be able to get a refund. If they said the shoes showed minimal wear, then based on the pictures you provided, you can probably still claim 'not as described' as that is not minimal wear IMO.. However, if all they said was the shoes were only worn three times but didn't mention wear/tear and didn't post photos of the heels and bottoms, then you are likely out of luck. It is your responsibility as the buyer to request additional photos, request a more in detail description of the item if the seller doesn't include such things in the listing. If you are stuck with the shoes, visit a cobbler who has experience with high end shoes.
