You're probably right. I suspected they took stock that Celine had decided to not put on their shelves because it didn't pass their quality assurance process.

When my friend got the smooth micro bag, the bag was so wrinkled and there was a visible scratch on the the back. She wanted get a refund but they would only exchange it or give her a credit for it. I should've learnt my lesson then... too late now.

I hope you can get your hands on a nano soon! It's very functional and super cute!!

Awww that sucks that your friend also had issues. I've heard some people didn't have any probs through ******* - I guess it's just a gamble you take with them.

Thanks - I'm still very much looking forward to getting one, one way or another!

Just wanted to share that I picked up a Celine small cabas at Parlour X and had a fantastic experience. The store is beautifully curated and the staff very helpful. They also had the cabas in other colors, as well as trios and large cabas bags in a few colors; no box bags.

After they assessed the bag, I was offered an exchange as they couldn't fix the bag. I ended up going to the Rocks store to see the two bags they had reserved for me in person as I didn't want to go through the process again. It worked out in the end, I ended up with a faultless bag.

However, I do have to point out that the Celine Nano Souris bag they have on the shelf at the Rocks now is the one I returned. There is a scruff mark on the left hand corner of the bag...

Nevertheless, the customer service I have received from ******* is prompt, helpful and professional. Although it took a few days to get my new bag, I am glad it all worked out. I would strongly recommend getting the bags in store, avoid the online stores unless you are prepared to go through the exchange and return process.

I would like to share with you my experience with ******* (www.*******.com.au).

I bought a Celine Nano in Souris from them last week. The price was great and shipping was quick. But that's it. The quality of the bag is extremely poor and flimsy. It came with small marks on the bag which I believe was from the glazing.
Furthermore, just after one use, one of the handle had two tears and the other one had glue coming out. Please see photo attached.

******* didn't do much to help with the situation. Customer service only offered me a $200 voucher as compensation.

Please be extra cautious if you decide to buy a bag from *******. I am sharing this because I don't want another Celine bag lover to go through what I've been through. I have a Celine micro luggage which I got from their boutique. The quality is exceptional. So if possible, try somewhere else but *******.

Yes, i got a nano luggage tote from *******. I originally ordered the Souris/mouse grey. I now have the grey.

To be completely honest I can't guarantee that the bag is 100% authentic unless I get it directly from the Celine store. However, when I compared the Nano with my Micro (which I got from Celine in Paris), I believe it is authentic.

******* also has a number of actual stores in Sydney - the Rocks, Double Bay, Chifley Square/MLC and they have been around ~2 years. And that made me think they wouldn't sell fake bags too.

your reply give me some peace of mind actually.
i read so many blogs about spotting fake celine bag and i think the bag is at least 80-95% real (im very new to celine si i dont trust my judgement that much)
My boyfriend told me that its silly of me to think they sell fake bags as they have 3 stores in the heart of Sydney. also he says that he doubt they would make nor sell a 80-95% real goods - coz that would be stupid lol?

I did the same! Compared so many images online and ended up believing its real, but like you said, can never be certain.

Hi Hanna,
some of the blogs online were quite inconsistent too making it more confusing! haha
I read a few reviews on purseforum abour ******* (people confirmed it is a legit company with authentic goods) as well as Shiri's and another girl's posts about their bags purchsed from *******. both bags were said to be authentic by Unoma.

i just got it a few days ago so im not sure if i might encounter issues like urs - at the moment it looks very sturdy and high quality. let just hope everything will be fine =)

Hi guys, my worst nightmare has come true! Unoma said that my celine nano from ******* is a 'super fake'. I'm really upset/annoyed about it! I haven't used it yet but I will contact them. Any advice on what approach I should use? If they deny that it is fake, what should I do?

No way!!! I havent used mine and it passed the 7days! I want to return mine now! :sad:
