Ferragamo Varinas vs Sissi sizing

I am usually a US size 9.5. My varinas though are patent and surprisingly i had to size down to a 9 in D width.

I want to purchase a pair of Sissis ( beautiful classic Ferragamo red patent leather) but they are only available in a size 9.5C. Will this be too big or just right as it's a narrower width. I've been reading the past threads here and still can't decide. Trying them in store not an option as I'll be purchasing them online from overseas. Your input would be appreciated!!

I can wear 7.5C or 7D. If you wear 9D, 9.5C should fit you.
