I'm not a big fan of Nicole, I think she's a spoiled brat. I hope she ONLY gets what she deserves and not get prosecuted just for being a celeb. But then driving under the influence is a biggie and that should not be let go unpunished. C'mon, she was driving on the wrong side of the road with pot in the glove compartment!
