Gucci at Heathrow Airport

I'm afraid I've only shopped in Gucci Heathrow T5 and it was a mixed experience.

Lovely compact terminal and nice little store, I bought some beautiful things tax-free, but the male SA gave me a scarf without the swing ticket still attached, completely ignorant about stock (I basically had to do the selling and the buying) and the worst packaged things I've ever bought from Gucci when I didn't have time to do them up before giving as gifts upon arrival. This was a couple of years ago and I know now one of my all time fave SAs works at Heathrow now who's Italian and a Gucci expert, I hope Heathrow is much better for you, T2 is the more established.

I've been to the Gucci store at terminal two. This terminal is quite new (very nice). The store is rather small, so the section is limited. You can expect good service, because the expensive luxury boutiques on airports are usually very, very quiet.
