888-262-6224. Make sure to call during regular hours, otherwise their system may be down and won't have the capacity to do a store-search. And then, sometimes you have to call multiple times for different agents, for one who actually know what he/she is doing.

Thank you! I had to call three times but I finally got someone who was very nice and I was able to order :smile:
