In-store return policy?

Does anyone know what VCA's in-store return policy is?
I can only find the online return policy which is 30 days.

In stores (US boutiques) you can only exchange but not return items. I believe you have 30 days. I have been able to return VCA purchased at Neimans.

Does anyone else have experience with an European boutique?
The last time I asked London said 14 days EXCHANGE ONLY. I don't know for the rest of Europe. I am assuming it might be the same
